Pre-ballet (ages 3-4)
This class is an introduction to ballet concepts designed for young imaginative minds and bodies. Students are given the opportunity to move, stretch, and improve self-confidence as well as develop self-expression through creative movement. Emphasis is placed on taking turns, listening to instructions, and spatial awareness.
Intro to Ballet (ages 5-6)
This class focuses on the fundamentals of ballet technique. The class emphasizes proper placement, vocabulary, etiquette, and includes stretching and ballet-based improvisation. Emphasis is placed on taking turns, listening to instructions, and spatial awareness.
Ballet 1 (ages 7-9)
This class introduces a traditional ballet class structure. Students learn fundamental ballet technique through barre work, center exercises, and across the floor combinations designed to improve coordination, flexibility, endurance, and musicality. Students at this level take class twice a week for optimal growth.
Ballet 2 (ages 8-11)
The class focuses on basic barre work, center exercises, and across the floor combinations. Students learn technique and placement, while emphasizing musicality. Students at this level take class twice a week for optimal growth.
Ballet 3 (ages 10-14)
he class focuses on intermediate barre work, center exercises, and across the floor combinations. Students learn technique and placement, while emphasizing musicality. Combinations to strengthen the legs, feet, and ankles are introduced to start preparing students for future pointe work. Students at this level take class twice a week for optimal growth.
Ballet 4 (age 12+)
he class focuses on intermediate/advanced barre work, center exercises, and across the floor combinations. Students learn advanced technique, while emphasizing musicality, discipline, and professionalism. Combinations to strengthen the legs, feet, and ankles are used regularly to help students prepare for, or work on their pointe work. Students at this level are encouraged to take at least 3 ballet classes a week for optimal growth. Third class recommended is Contemporary Ballet 2 and Mat Pilates is also highly encouraged.
Ballet 5 (age 15+)
The class focuses on advanced barre work, center exercises, across the floor combinations, pointe work, and ballet variations. Students learn advanced technique, while emphasizing musicality, discipline, and professionalism. We highly recommend students at this level take ballet class at least three times a week for optimal growth. Recommended additional classes are Open Ballet 4, Contemporary Ballet 2 and Mat Pilates.
Pointe class (age 11+)
Pointe class is designed for students ages 11 and up who have had at least 2-3 consecutive years of ballet training. Pointe class can be taken on flat or in pointe shoes at the instructor’s discretion. Students will utilize previously learned ballet technique while working in pointe shoes. Each class includes barre exercises, center floor work and across the floor combinations. These exercises focus on strengthening the feet and ankles.
Students must have instructor approval for this class. Students must be enrolled in at least 2 ballet classes along with pointe class.
Contemporary Ballet 1 (ages 8-14)
his Class will teach the Basic of Contemporary ballet. Contemporary ballet is a form of dance influenced by classical ballet and modern dance. It takes its techniques and occasional use of pointe work from classical ballet, although it permits a greater range of movement than classical ballet. This class will focus on spacial and body awareness, use of floor work, technique, and Musicality
Classical ballet training is highly recommended for optimal success in our contemporary ballet classes.
Contemporary Ballet 2 (age 12+)

Teen/Adult Basic Ballet (age 14+)
Catered towards the adult who has either never danced or danced many years ago, this class focuses on basic barre work, center exercises, and across the floor combinations. Students will learn technique, terminology, placement and musicality. While dance attire is encouraged, form fitting athletic wear and ballet shoes are all that's required. Available to purchase as a drop-in class.
Beg/Int Adult Ballet (age 14+)
Class begins Monday, September 9. Our Beginner/Intermediate Adult class creates a welcoming environment to explore the art of ballet. This class focuses on basic barre work, center exercises, and across the floor combinations. Students will learn technique, terminology, placement and musicality. While dance attire is encouraged, form fitting athletic wear and ballet shoes are all that's required. Available to purchase as a drop-in class.
Men's Basic Ballet (age 8 through adult)
This class focuses on basic barre work, center exercises, and across the floor combinations. Students will learn technique, placement, musicality and conditioning specific to males technique.
Mat Pilates (age 10 through adult)
Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise focusing on core muscles while also training your arms and legs. This class will focus on strength, posture, proper breath, control, and flexibility, all vital elements to Dancers technique.
This class is highly recommended for all of our dancers Ballet Level 2 and up.
Lyrical Jazz 1 (8+)
Lyrical dance combines elements of ballet and jazz to create a soft style that emphasizes the storytelling quality of music. An emphasis is placed on grace and fluidity, musicality, and expressiveness to capture emotion through movement. This level teaches a combination of skills and terminology used in beginner ballet and jazz classes. Grace and fluidity of movement are prioritized, in addition to proper body alignment, center of balance, and beginning turns, jumps, and floor work. Ballet classes at the appropriate level are encouraged as well as Mat Pilates for strength and flexibility.
Lyrical Jazz 2 (12+)
Lyrical dance combines elements of ballet and jazz to create a soft style that emphasizes the storytelling quality of music. An emphasis is placed on grace and fluidity, musicality, and expressiveness to capture emotion through movement. Advanced ballet and jazz skills are utilized in order to perform very difficult technical steps and combinations that demand increased strength and flexibility. Students are asked explore the emotional aspects of the music and choreography to achieve a desired performance quality. Ballet classes at the appropriate level are encouraged as well as Mat Pilates for strength and flexibility.
